Balestrieri Warehouse

The jobs keep coming, the work is flowing, and team Balestrieri is building! We are very excited to announce that we are adding on and building a new warehouse right next door to our existing office building. Balestrieri @ Miller Park!

For the month of September Balestrieri attended the Milwaukee Brewers Game against The Padres for their “Baltivities” event! There were 50 of us who attended the game and we had an absolute blast. Half of us took the party bus that left from our office to Miller Park and we met up with the other half of us who drove. Biz Times- 215 N. Water Street

This week Biz Times posted a job that Balestrieri has worked on in the past in their latest Biz Times Magazine, “Clicking with Milwaukee.” In Milwaukee’s Third Ward, office building located on 215 N. Water Street, was acquired by an affiliate of Revel Investments LLC. The 26,100 square-foot timber loft office building is worth $4.6 million and occupied by 6 tenants.
