Meet The Team

We’ve created a committee that meets monthly to discuss relevant topics concerning various aspects of our industry and to formulate the most effective safety practices and procedures. The topics of discussion are determined at an annual meeting with our Risk Control Professional to review the most relevant aspects of industry trends, company performance, and insurance requirements. The committee has proven a valuable addition to our continually growing safety program.

Job Related Safety & Health Hazards

Because worker safety and protection means everything to us, all of our employees are trained and required to follow company safety policies, procedures, and practices designed to protect them from, and help them proactively recognize, job-related safety and health hazards. Our safety and training program includes provisions for the systematic identification, evaluation, prevention, and control of general workplace hazards, specific job hazards, and potential hazards that may arise from unforeseen circumstances. Our employees have the proper training, PPE equipment, physical prowess, and proactive mindsets to deal calmly and professionally in every situation.

Worker Safety & Protection

Our entire field staff participates in a comprehensive medical surveillance plan to ensure they are healthy and physically fit enough to meet the demanding needs of their day-to-day jobs. In addition to medical surveillance, all field staff personnel go through extensive safety training to verify they are familiar with proper industry safety measures and procedures to help keep job sites safe and accident-free.
