Northridge Mall

Location: 8221 W Northridge Mall Rd, Milwaukee, WI

Project Manager: Justin Zoellner

Field Manager: Nazim Agushi

Our team is undertaking a critical environmental remediation and selective interior demolition project at the former Northridge Mall. This initiative is part of the city's broader efforts to revitalize the 58-acre site, which has remained largely abandoned since the mall's closure in 2003. In January 2024, the City of Milwaukee acquired full ownership of the Northridge Mall property through tax foreclosure, enabling the commencement of long-delayed demolition activities. Our current project scope includes comprehensive asbestos abatement, hazardous materials removal, and selective interior demolition to prepare the site for future redevelopment.

The demolition phase is anticipated to be completed in Fall of 2025. The City of Milwaukee envisions transforming the former Northridge Mall site into a mixed-use development known as Granville Station. Preliminary plans suggest a combination of residential units, commercial spaces, green areas, and community facilities.
