As Inside Project Manager, Willem works closely with project team members to create and implement strategic plans that keep operations running smoothly. He takes the lead on scheduling and manpower allocation, ensuring that resources are optimized and the right personnel are deployed to meet project demands. He also assists with proposal follow-ups, inspection reports, permit filings, and RFP sheets, while providing essential daily support to the project managers and the rest of the team.

Willem has finished his education in Environmental Engineering, and he enjoys applying his technical background to the logistical challenges of project management. He is eager to continue learning, growing, and advancing his career with Balestrieri.

Outside of work, he is an avid outdoorsman who enjoys hunting, fishing, and taking trips “up north.”
