Cindy Balestrieri
– Vice President

At Balestrieri, protection of human health and the environment is not simply a requirement, it is the foundation of everything we do. Our commitment to the worker safety, the safety of employees of others on the job site, and the general public goes far beyond what is expected. We invest in rigorous training, strict regulatory compliance, proactive risk management, and continuous improvement to ensure every project is executed with precision. We are consistently raising the bar for safety standards, and we aim to exceed them every time.

Safer Together

Meet The Team

At Balestrieri, safety leadership begins in the field.

Justin Zoellner, Project Manager and Safety Coordinator, plays a critical role in maintaining safety standards across every job site. Justin leads in field safety planning, conducts job site walkthroughs, and ensures our projects meet the highest industry standards. His hands-on leadership reinforces our proactive safety culture and commitment to excellence.

Working alongside Justin is Jake Harding, our current intern. Jake is gaining real-world experience through active participation in field operations and project coordination. Our internship program is designed to bridge college education with practical environmental service experiences through direct exposure to demolition projects, asbestos abatement procedures, safety meetings, and compliance reviews.

By combining experienced safety leadership with structured mentorship, we are investing in the next generation of construction and environmental professionals.

Our Commitment to Safety

At Balestrieri, safety is at the core of everything we do. Every team member is trained to recognize, prevent, and respond to workplace hazards. We follow strict Federal, State, and Local regulations while continually improving our programs to keep job sites safe and accident-free.

Our field staff participate in medical surveillance to ensure they are physically prepared for the demands of their roles and receive ongoing safety training tailored to industry standards and project-specific needs.
