A former Maritime Bank is renovated into an award winning Alterra Coffee House.

Transform and renovate the interior of a former name building into a warm and inviting coffee house atmosphere.

Balestrieri played a large role in this renovation through the abatement of thousands of feet of asbestos material, allowing for the coffee house transformation. The completion of the project resulted in an appealing Alterra Coffee House that won The Business Journal’s 2013 First Place Real Estate Award.
