Hello, I’m Mike Kapitan and my goal is to provide the highest quality service in the industry. I am responsible for Construction Workforce management, maintaining quality, keeping our workforce flexible, and keeping workers happy. In the summer, you will find me boating, skiing, fishing, and spending time with family on the boundary waters in northern Minnesota.

I have completed the Association of General Contractors Supervisory Training Program, the Association of General Contractors Leadership Program, and am looking forward to my next class experience.
