Rich Heyer- AGC Training
Associated General Contractors of America (AGC) is a trade association in the United States construction industry. AGC works with firms, contractors, specialty-contracting firms, and many more. AGC is known for trainings which Balestrieri is proud to be apart of. Rich Heyer, our Project Manager attends all the sessions and is a proud member of AGC.
“The program is full of great advice on how project managers can better serve their clients and work with other contractors to make a project move as seamless as possible. Topics included tips on management skills, and time management tips. I am very glad I was part of this program. I learned a lot from other project managers and created new industry relationships along the way,” Rich stated.
Although Rich really enjoyed AGC, his time with the trainings have come to an end. He has completed the program with so many positive takeaways. Although he has finished the program, he is excited to pass his experience off to others on Team Bal. He is hoping that soon we can send another Balestrieri representative there to learn and expand on the program as well.
Rich is also looking into other programs to continue his growth, education, and knowledge. AGC was an outstanding program to further expand relationships within the industry. Rich will miss the program and meetings however he will make a positive effort to keep in touch with the individuals he met.
Balestrieri is very thankful for AGC and all the takebacks from the sessions Rich attended, we cannot wait to see it all come together in the office and out in the field.
