Brown County Arena
One month ago, Balestrieri was hired in Green Bay to work on the Brown County Veterans Memorial Arena. We were brought in for Asbestos Abatement as well as removing all Universal Waste on the interior of the arena. Now, our men were brought back to the job site to remove the pharmacolite found in those block walls.
The demolition work as well has kicked off, removing the aluminum sheathing on the arena. The Arena is a 61-year-old building that is being redeveloped into the beautiful Brown County Arena as shown above.
Moving forward, the Arena and Shopko Hall will be replaced by a $93 million expo hall in 2021. Brown County Executive, Troy Streckenbach says it’s sad to see the arena go, but that he’s looking forward to the business the new expo hall will attract. Balestrieri could not agree more with Troy’s statement.
Pictured below is our pictures of the demolition in progress and we cannot wait to see final results. Balestrieri is proud to be working at Brown County Arena and especially excited to see the new business come in to enhance the visitation at Lambeau Field.
