Project Summary
The City of Milwaukee purchased the lovely estate of Villa Terrace, which overlooks Lake Michigan. The city purchased the building to become an art museum, but during the renovations flooding caused major damage. Balestrieri was brought in to help remedy the damage.
During the renovation project to transform Villa Terrace into an art museum, there was a flood that caused massive damage to the heating and cooling systems.
Balestrieri completely revamped and renovated the damaged systems back to fully functional status and helped restore the complex to its former glory.
