Project Summary
A historic site with several buildings has its character preserved and one of the buildings now houses a free museum where people can learn about the history of mining and mining machinery.
An industrial site with multiple buildings needed to be restored with its historical character intact, but while addressing multiple safety concerns and all with minimal disruptions to the company’s operations and production.
Without interrupting Caterpillar’s operation and production, Balestrieri’s competent and certified/licensed superintendents and crews cleaned-up and renovated this multi building campus. This industrial site that dates back to the 1880s is now a historic and productive building site.
