Emelia is a 2014 graduate from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater with a Bachelor degree in Business Administration. For seven years prior to her career with Balestrieri, she worked in the banking industry. She has always been excited for new and challenging tasks and welcomes this in her role at Balestrieri as Project Team Coordinator.
Emelia reports directly to Executive Management and Project Management by providing oversight and coordinating all aspects of a project as the first point of contact for client, field and project team communication.
Emelia's primary professional goal is to look for new challenges and continue completing tasks to the best of her ability. She enjoys working closely with clients, project management, and field management and looks forward to continually building those relationships.
Emelia comments, "I am eager to continue learning and growing with the company and the industry so that I can continue to provide our clients with the best customer service and project outcomes possible."
She is also a member of the Wisconsin Women Environmental Professionals (WWEP), which provides great networking, enrichment, and growth opportunities for women working in the environmental field.
Emelia is an avid trap shooter and has been a member of the Wisconsin Ladies State Team in the past. In her free time, she enjoys listening to music, reading a good book, and working on puzzles.
She has a three-year-old daughter named Ruby that keeps her busy, entertained, and excited for each and every day. "Ruby has taught me to truly enjoy the little things in life, and I look forward to everything else she will teach me in this beautiful adventure of motherhood."
